my intention: to show up as my whole self: unfiltered, imperfect, and in progress, so others can feel seen in theirs. through raw storytelling sharing wisdom learned as a #youngelder, real conversations, and soul-deep connection, i intend to dismantle the illusion of ‘perfect’ healing and remind us all that being ‘ish’ is more than enough.
