we can all be "triggered" every day, but very few of us were taught how to manage them - ESPECIALLY in the workplace. this offering provides detailed instructions on how to own and understand our role in how we respond to the things that show up in our lives. to cultivate an overall sense of peace in our lives, we must learn to OWN our workday. and this starts with identifying and unpacking our triggers.
work is one of the environments in which we are most challenged...and therefore the most stressed. and we cannot be our best selves when we live in this space. this offering takes us through a process to re-center and remember who we are in the midst of turbulent times.
this offering is based on my course, "remember your goddess", which is an indepth six-week live group coaching experience that goes deep to identify each participant's specific blocks and provides tools to help them unpack and reprogram unhelpful thoughts. based, on my brainchild, the CURE method (clarify, understand, reprogram, and evolve), this experience outlines processes and concepts that competely TRANSFORM the way we understand and love ourselves, and therefore how exist in the workpace.
